The cappuccino machine never works, always check your order. The cashier lady with the bead necklace always sweet. Fix your machines already. Been months already.

Went through drive through 6:10 p.m. on Thursday, June 16th at and was asked to wait in #2 spot to wait for a quarter pounder no cheese, a large fry and a hamburger. People coming after us and parking kept getting their food. We got asked by 3 different employees if we had XYZ as they brought out numerous different bags. We waited 15 minutes when my husband decided to go inside to inquire about our order. They had not even started to make it! 10 more minutes and finally got our food after the crew chief went back and made the burgers herself as the fry cook couldn't grasp a quarter pounder NO cheese. Worst drive thru and service!!

Stopped by Tonight picking up food on the way home, we ordered four of the strawberry 🍓 pies, we get up to the window to pay the lady at the window says it’ll be 12 minutes for your pies, we said ok and they pulled us up, 20 minutes later I call them and ask, they tell us they are coming out of the oven right now… then the manager comes to us and said I’m sorry that was the cookies coming out of the oven.. it’s gonna be 2 more minutes on the pies, 10 minutes later we got our pies after waiting 30 minutes total , really next time just tell us it’s gonna be 30 minutes and we won’t bother… or better yet if your gonna advertise something, have it ready! Stay ahead and don’t run out!

Customer service is non existent at this location. The gentleman practically throw my bag at me in the drive thru he shoved it out the window so fast and with force. And then this is the sandwich that I received. This day in age politeness and courteous should be top notch ..... all employees care about is the money in their pocket and really not their job
