Figured out the drive thru issue. It seems they take an order at the speaker but do not take another order until the first order pays and pulls away from the pickup window. Dining room is closed so how can you justify taking orders like that. Its always the same short staffed excuse. If you cant run the business to capacity then close it down.

Did an online order. 2- 4 for $4.44, 3- $5 biggie bags, 10 PC nugget and large fry. Go to pick it up they only give me 1/3 of my food. Another worker had to tell the other worker there was more to my order. So I am checking my bags and notice I am missing my 10pc nugget. They tell me I never ordered any nuggets, which I know what I ordered. Duh. This is after when I was placing my order online, my total was $33. 02 as soon as I press place order they added on about $10 in "adjustments" it said. I will NEVER order or do business with the Wendy's on Stewart again!

I'm not really sure who thinks fast food service should take more than 10 minutes in a drive-through lane this place still doesn't have the inside lobby open 2 years after covid has started we have protocols and guidelines so you can safely continue to let people into your establishments yet this business has locked their doors for the past 2 years every single day Management needs to get its head out of its a** at this location and figure this out. If you would like to wait an extremely inconsiderable amount of time for "fast food" and 9 times out of 10 the food is either stale or cold when it gets to you anyway.

I actually like this Wendy's but for this review and experience on the day I was there was not to bad. We ordered one biggie bag one 4 for 4 and a medium fry. Pull off from window no medium fry or sauces we asked for so I go in and they gladly helped me without any attitude which was good so ya like I said about a average trip and some things are expected with shortages of staff.
