This was the nastiest hotel I’ve ever visited. All the doors paint was missing and looked like a hotel that was not clean from the first impression. Not by surprise when we got to our room it was unclean nor had it been clean. The beds were not made, food on the floor, and towels had been used that was on the bathroom floor. After driving 3 hours expecting to rest instead I was totally disgusted. The room smelled awful. We told the front desk we didn’t want to stay due to the situation and they had nasty attitudes and wouldn’t approve the refund just because they offered us another filthy room that we didn’t want to take the chance on. The front desk accused us staying there and taking a bath when we were only there 8 minutes top to unload and reload our car. I advised her to check the cameras. The front desk receptionist hung the phone up on me as I was trying to address my concerns and that your first impression was the worst impression. I will be reporting this hotel to the Department of Public Health because it is definitely unsanitary. Covid is too real to expect someone to stay in an unclean room that was not properly cleaned and sanitized. I would never refer this place to anyone. Don’t book there! You will be highly disappointed!!! It’s Not COVID FREE!!!

We had stayed at the quality last night had a service animal was told would be ok. Jacuzzi didn't work,microwave didn't work,ac/heater in the front room didn't work, towels stuffed in all the vents in the room, main manager smart remarks. Refused to give deposit back. Would not stay here again or recommend anyone to stay there. 130 for a jacuzzi room that over half the stuff didn't work in.

Room was clean and neat. Staff was friendly and helpful. We thought we would have a continental breakfast. Instead we were offered a bag that had some kind of breakfast. We weren't down real early but by 8:00 am we opted to go someplace to eat.

This was one of the most upsetting experiences I've had staying at a hotel in the past 30 years. My wife and I made reservations for one night as we were driving from Orlando to Houston and needed somewhere to rest after a long day of driving. This seemed to be a decent option considering how terrible most reviews of hotels in this area were, unfortunately that was wrong. The overall rating was not the worst, but that was deceptive because of the large number of reviews and I wouldn't be surprised if many of the positive reviews were fake. Additionally, I made the mistake of only looking at total review number and each star breakdown, but didn't spend the time digging into and reading the most recent reviews, big mistake. We arrived in the evening, checked in and immediately upon entering we lifted up the mattress to check for bed bugs and removed the sheets to look for mold. You see, as soon as we entered the room it smelled of mold and was incredibly damp. In fact, right as you enter, there is tile inside and it was wet from humidity. Also, we saw spots of mold on the mattress cover so we promptly went to the front desk to ask for another room. Well, the next room smelled of mold so badly that my wife almost gagged upon entry. We then immediately checked out. The employee apologized, said she couldn't give us a refund but to call the next morning. I called over the next week every couple days, speaking to a different person (including the manager twice). I was never told, I am sorry, just given excuses. It is not a big deal to give someone a refund of one night when they did not even stay there. It's called customer service! The manager actually told me that it was impossible to keep the rooms from getting damp because of humidity getting in from outside when people open the door. That is utterly insane. Each time I called I was told I would get a call back and I didn't. The last time I called, the manager told me that she checked with housekeeping and they told her we stayed in the room when they clearly have records showing when we checked in and checked out (less than 10 minutes). She refused to refund us anything and said she'd elevate it to the owner who has not called us back, nor do I expect him to. Stay far away from this hell hole! Staying here will probably make you sick.
