I was so pleased with my service from Datarecovery.com. I was super nervous about sending my hard drive off to some place with just my fingers crossed that nothing terrible happened. But Datarecovery gives you a tracked mailing label for the shipment and my case manager did an excellent job of keeping me up to date on the process throughout the whole thing (thanks Ashley!). In my case, the damage was so bad it took several extra weeks to recover my data, but there was NO EXTRA CHARGE! They stuck to terms of the original quote and I was so elated that I didn't mind the extra wait at all. And again, my case manager kept me updated regularly, which soothed my fears of losing everything. Recovering data in general just isn't cheap, but I'd say these guys are about on par with the other quotes I received (and I even got a little discount by going through Western Digital's website). Given the level of service I received, I'd recommend Datarecovery.com to anyone stressed out about finding the right place to recover their info.

Having my external hard drive go on the fritz can be nervewracking. However, the experience that Datarecovery gave me made it seem bearable. The communication between the support team and me was friendly and helpful. The outcome was a full recovery of my data. I appreciate the attention to detail and would recommend Datarecovery to anyone who may lose their data on a device.

Used Datarecovery to pull data off of an old disc drive that went bad after sitting in a closet for a few years. The service was expensive ($750), but the quality was excellent and the Datarecovery team was transparent about the process and proactive in reaching out with any schedule or performance changes. Overall good experience with them and we got our data back.

I lost use of my hard drive during a crucial time for my business. I thought my online back-up was sufficient, but no...it was not. It took only 5 business days for Datarecovery.com to recover 100% of my data. It was life-saving, and I highly recommend their services!

Hi Spike, If you have factory reset your iPhone 6S, then unfortunately the thorough encryption system of the iPhone will prevent any recovery of the previous data from the phone. You should check if you have a backup to iCloud or using iTunes to a computer. We normally ask customers to bring it in for a free evaluation in almost any situation because we can't be sure until we look at it. But if you know it has been factory reset and is a iPhone 6S or newer, then we will not be able to help.
Hi, We have no certainty, but there is still a chance for recovery. We periodically recover data from hard drives that had unsuccessful previous attempts at other places. You have no risk trying because of our free evaluation and no data/no charge policy.
