First time buying a new car. Had to wait 6 months after putting down a deposit for the car to arrive - but I wasn't in a hurry and I had been told it would take that long. Arseniy walked me through all the steps over text which was great as it felt super low pressure and with plenty of time to look over the paper work. He was responsive to my inquiries and requests. I feel like I got a good price for my trade in based on KBB (which Arseniy told me they use) and everyone I talked to at the dealership was professional and courteous throughout. The price, financing, and trade in that we negotiated before hand were all the same when I arrived to get the car. No surprises. I look forward to getting the car serviced at this dealership and expect to get the same great treatment. We will see how it goes!

Buying: Small markups on select models for new car. Super high volume with wide selection. They require a contract to be signed at the time of reservation to lock in the price with respect to MSRP. Which is a good assurance if you can find a MSRP deal with them. The deposit would still be refundable. I didn’t end up buying here, but it was a quick refund. Selling: SF Toyota has a nice process. They work with KBB and also do their own evaluation. They will give you a ballpark price using just pictures and some info, which is nice.

I was coming in from out of town, so I needed to have my information before renting a 1-way vehicle and driving several hours out to SF. Steven answered every question (and I had tons) with such detail and accuracy that he was 100% the deciding factor in choosing this dealership. Anything I required to make my decision was provided immediately and with absolute transparency. When I arrived to purchase the vehicle there were no surprises. The entire process took maybe an hour, and a lot of that was a test drive and waiting on DMV paperwork. That hour definitely wasn't spent worrying that something would change last minute, instead we got to enjoy the excitement of a new vehicle with no stress. If you're looking for transparency and straight transaction with no "gimmicks", I HIGHLY recommend San Francisco Toyota!

I bought a new car that finally got to him and me today. We've had a super communicative and easy time since we started this process a couple of months ago. He got me exactly what I was looking for and helped explain things to me, so we were clear on every dollar spent. Edwin, the manager, was super friendly and made sure to meet me. He's a great guy, and I really enjoyed all the folks who helped me along the way. Highly recommend letting them help you out. I'm comfortable I got exactly what I wanted, I am clear on what I spend on what, I learned a bunch about the car features with Sammy before driving away. Good place to make my biggest purchase to date. Thanks guys.
