There is hardly any mud at all, it’s mainly just sand. I will give it that there are hardly any people there so you have almost the whole park to yourself but now I see why nobody was there.

Yea somewhat. Went out there last week and not many places to ride. Just cut timber and most of the trails have ruts too deep to enjoy riding on. If you have 33 inch tires or bigger you may enjoy it.
