2nd time here, in and out with in a hour. 1am appt, arrived at 12:30am out at 1:52 am. No overnight parking near here (4 stars). If they had a stop or something near by I'd change it to 5 stars.

Their drivers are the worst! They block my drive thru in the middle of lunch every Saturday. They are always missing something on the order or out of stock! I don't recommend using McClain at all!

I could actually give them 0 if there was a possibility. I was docked at 03:00 and been on dock since then and it's now 10:10 still am on dock. The whole facility doesn't even have a restroom at the moment. You can imagine being on dock for 7hrs+ not even having access to the restroom. It's one of the worst places I ever been to and if you are a truck driver and you doubt about the reviews, come in for yourself. I just got my next load cancelled due to their unknown work ethic. Take time to read reviews to know what to expect when coming here. Y'all be safe out there

Run the other direction. Do not come here unless you have time to waist. Arrived early for my appointment, and now 5 hrs later, still not unloaded. Also keep in kind that there is no available restroom for you to use as well. It's a sad day when animals are treated better than humans.

If you get there early enough you can park to the right on their drive after 5pm. Would not suggest parking in the turn lane as the police have been known to come run trucks off. May receive a ticket. They so it but not advised.
start receiving at 10 pm, Haven't been there past 2am so my guess is 4 or 6 am is when they stop

The business office opens at 8 am receiving starts at 5am
No overnight, you can park on the street for a while waiting for your appointment. People line up in their drive as well. They don't take you before 3 AM for any appointment.
