5 stars isn't enough to give these guys. After a pretty decent spill I needed a new bike and I felt no pressure to buy one model over another, much less to buy a bike from them. The store is organized between types of bikes and staff is great at getting you the perfect bike for your activities instead of just street, hybrid, or mountain bike they will get you the bike best for you in each type and help you customize it as much as you want. They also offer reasonable maintiance and repair packages.

Staff is outstanding! Love my new Trek bike. This location has great selection on bikes. Not some much on clothing or apparel but everything is priced competitively and the staff is the reason I dont buy online. Their knowledge is extensive and they can answer all questions you may have.

Matt is the textbook version of premium customer service. I can't thank him enough for his enthusiasm and support. After passing down my husband's loved 2018 Roscoe to our son, my husband needed a new bike. After searching everywhere within a several state radius, we found and purchased a new Roscoe 8 online from the Shawnee store. (We drove in from Denver!) From the minute we walked in, Matt treated us like we were rock stars. The Roscoe isn't the most expensive bike, but Matt treated us as though we were spending ten grand on a new bike. He was so excited for my husband. Because we decided to make a vacation out of the road trip to the Trek store, Matt gave us all sorts of suggestions and advice regarding our vacation plans, too. I'm really happy that we purchased from this store, and I'm even more grateful that Matt was the one to help us! Thanks Matt!

Can't say enough how awesome and helpful Grayson was with everything. Dude definitely knows his business. Stripped out the left side crank arm on my Marlin 5 and these guys got me hooked up with a replacement and repair ASAP. Big Thanks to Kris for going well above and beyond to even get the crank arm off as it was stripped pretty bad. Going back this week to look at a Trek for my friend girl.
