So today I went rock climbing 🧗‍♂️ and took a nasty fall 🍂. I smacked my head 🤕 on my shoulder and that just gave me a nasty headache. I figured the best way to treat 🩹 my headache was with a nice nashville hot chicken tenders combo 🥵🥵🥵. I arrived at this KFC location at approximately at 9:30 PM9️⃣3️⃣0️⃣, the main sign stated "Now open until 10pm🔟0️⃣0️⃣". Okay, great I still have plenty of time😅. I attempted to open the front door but was shocked to find it was locked!! 🔒 Gasp! 😲Thats okay, it is probably drive thru only, no problem 😬. Upon approaching the drive thru speaker, I was abruptly told this KFC is closed! 😨What!!! 😱How could this be!!!??!!?! It was only 9:30??? 😭😭😭😭 I had to drive another 15 minutes to Liverpool to get my spicy tendies. I feel lied to and betrayed by the Colonel. 😡🤬😤

Anytime I ever patronize this particular location, whether it's dine-in or drive thru, my order was quick, hot, and most importantly, CORRECT. Everyone's always been nothing but cool and respectful. Maybe I'm just lucking out and getting the best crew whenever I come here. But the 5 stars is based on MY experience, not anyone else's.

It's a young lady that works there, who makes my day. Laugh, attitude, respect, funny, and about her job. Luvz people, and will tell uuu, don't bring that negative in here 2day, be happy... Dread

After waiting in the drive thru for about 10mins after they opened . i was told that they were running late and were gonna open 30mins late...i could have accepted this without issue however i watched this employee come out several time to talk to a friend she had in a waiting car outside...So your "running late" have to open 30 mins. Late when in reality you'd rather socialize than do your job...such a shame went to a different KFC. 10 mins away the service there was amazing..
