I wanted to buy a last minute tux with my partner for Cannes Film festival and we were completely ignored by staff for about 10 minutes. Eventually another customer walked in and he was instantly greeted by an employee named Jonathan and when i told him we've waited and should go first Jonathan rudely said someone else was helping us which they weren't. Soon after a women helped us as soon as i told her what kind of event we needed the suit for Jonathan laughed hysterically while looking at us. The women who helped us was clearly new to the suit world and couldn’t tell what size suit or fit to give my partner so we ended up leaving. From what i gathered this place is best for suit rentals for public highschool proms not for buying suits or for special events. If you decide to go here know all your measurements and preferred cuts prior and be prepared for rude treatment and un educated people who don’t understand how a suit should fit.

Great service from the hardest working staff in the business, seriously. We showed up with a group of six groomsmen and all got knowledgeable and professional attention until our tuxes fit perfectly. Even when more customers kept arriving the quality of the attention never faltered. Would definitely recommend and return. Show up scruffy, leave looking like a million bucks!

Great selection however use caution. I went in with a girl friend last year so she could pick a stylish modetn tux for my holiday work party. With her help it didnt take long to find the right style. When I came back, my 'perfect' tux was not ready and had to put it on again for refitting then come back again (no explanation why). What I did not realize until my girl friend saw me wear it at my holiday party, Elite Tux switched my 'perfect' tux for a different style tuxedo during refitting!! Learn from my experience, please use caution with these guys.

I've been dealing with Elite Tuxedo for years now. I went there for a regular Tux I need for an event a few days from now. They offer excellent service. I was anxious that I waited too long but that wasn't the case. Took the anxiety away. They are good at last min tuxedos. Excellent service.
