I'm genuinely surprised and confused by the reviews that say how fresh the selections here are. An unannounced visit by corporate managers would easily reveal that all of the "fresh fare" selections (deli, produce, seafood, etc.) is hardly fresh or neatly packaged. Not to say that they are rancid or anything but far from fresh definitely. My last visit, two of the pack of blueberries I picked up, both had live worms in them. I told an employee and they rolled their eyes. Which leads me to what the real issue with this store is...the staff. I don't mean a few bad apples, I mean every employee I've encountered have been not just rude, but genuinely miserable. Specifically the night shift. I understand that it's likely a stressful environment and try to understand that but I've been genuinely blown away by their attitudes and brazen remarks. As a nurse, I work very late hours and often have to shop late at night and sometimes can only get there 15-30 min before closing (i know this is not ideal and everybody wants to get home no matter where they work, myself included) I have the wherewithal to not do heavy shopping in this situation- just try to quickly grab some essentials like milk, bread, etc. the last 3 times I've tried to come, the doors are locked 20 min before closing with "security" (a rather elderly woman who literally does not speak back to you, regardless of what you say) standing at the door shaking her head. The manager comes to the door and *yells* at me- were closed! Come back tomorrow." I explained I'm just off work and just need some milk please..there's 20 min left. It would've taken me five min tops, but instead they argued with me and the 4 other people trying to get in, including a young mother with a sick baby pleading to be allowed to get formula and baby Tylenol. They were just plain hateful and walked away. This is just bad practice. I hope upper management will really take this into consideration.

I do not normally shop at this location, I reside in Newport Beach so it would be kind of inconvenient. I went to the store for three items: Illie whole bean coffee, FreshPet 5 pound bag of beef fresh dog food, and YaYa's southwestern breakfast burritos. The store was out of stock of the coffee the dog food and did not carry the breakfast burritos. I want to this Ralphs from my friend's home in Encino with my dog Upon entering the parking lot there was several homeless and questionable looking characters loitering about. Upon entry the temperature inside was rather warm compared to outside so I removed my jacket and was juggling my wallet, my jacket, and my service dog's leash. After realizing the store didn't have what I wanted I exited the store whereupon the manager accosted me and accused me of stealing! She demanded that I show her what was inside my jacket. After being taken aback by her accusations and rude request I finally complied and showed her that it was my wallet. Not only did the store not have the items in stock I was looking to purchase however I was treated like riffraff. Now, in my defense and for the sake of context I'm a clean cut well-dressed ex military officer that is a white male in my late thirties that was wearing the latest designer clothing (Brunello Cucinelli / Kooples / Balenciaga) and obviously appears affluent. I was shocked by the way I was treated and disappointed that they didn't stock what I wanted. The store has so many high reviews they must be fake given the way I was treated. I definitely would not go back to the store and highly recommend traveling a mile down the road to Whole Foods where they always stock the items I'm looking for and can tell the difference between a shoplifter and a customer. Extremely angry and disappointed.... She did not even offer an apology after she saw I only had my wallet under my jacket.

It's like any other typical Ralphs but it's really big and really well stocked. I went there late, right before closing, just to grab some "snacks" for that evening. I ended up coming out with half of an apple pie, edible cake batter, plant-based protein powder, Eggo french toast, syrup, microwavable mini-pizzas, iced coffee, milk, cereal, delicious yogurt w/ pumpkin (don't knock it 'till you try it!), some super specific, refridgerated protein bars that I love, eye cream and...my shark friend (pictured). Whoops not my intention but ya, I do love this Ralphs.

My cashier was Very friendly considering it was late.. I love this Ralph's. Wish all Ralph's were this nice & friendly . They're always clean & veggies are always fresh. I've only had one episode where my watermelon was not sweet at all and I took it back and they were gracious enough to help me with it and give me my refund .. I'm good with Ralphs still number 1

Where can I apply

Depending on the Ralphs that you want to work, you should give them a call and ask to talk to the manager and ask the manager. The manager might have paper applications for you to apply instead of applying online and take straight shot at it.
