I just want to share what a joy it is to work with Kathryn once again! We have bought numerous things with her help over the years and she always goes out of her way to make you feel as though you are her only customer. She greets you as a friend when you walk into the store-always smiling and chatting with me about my kids and our shared loved of our dogs. :) When my daughter was having a hard time deciding if her engagement and wedding band fit just right, Kathryn happily resized her rings a couple times without seeming the least bit put out. One of the most special things she did though was when I came in and told her my siblings and I had recently sold our childhood home, which we had inherited from our parents. I took some of the money from the sale and wanted to buy something tangible with it as a remembrance. She helped me pick out a beautiful bracelet and then had the wonderful idea to engrave the address of my childhood home on the backside of it. Every time I put the bracelet on, I look at that and smile and think of my parents. I'm so grateful for her suggestion, it was perfect! Between the beautiful, quality, jewelry you carry and working with Kathryn, we wouldn't think of buying our jewelry from anyplace else!

The Tivol team is extremely friendly and make the shopping experience fun. They have become like extended family to us and our friends, so much so that we now travel 3 hours every few months just to check in with our new KC fam and see what’s new in the shop - it’s worth every minute of the drive! Not only do they have an amazing collection of jewelry and watches, but they are more than happy to custom create the perfect piece - they are creating a custom wedding ring for my wife right now. And for the guys - they have the full suite of David Yurman and watches galore, including Rolex, Tudor, Patek, Tag Heuer, Cartier, Panerai, and others.
