Went in a couple weeks ago to get a recall done had to go back Monday because my back tires were bald, I’m not rough on my car, took it in at 2pm sat in the waiting area till 5:50 nobody ever came to give me any kind of update in between so I went to see if they had any update in my car. I was told that they have been really busy. Which could be but when I went in there 2 employees that were still there were just standing there talking to each other one could have came to the waiting area to tell me any kind of update. Anyway I went to check myself was told it needed aligned and 2 new tires she advised me that it was good to drive for now. I advised her that I was not driving on 2 bald tires and that I needed a loaner as this was my way of getting around and I can’t not have anything, was given a loaner till my car is done. So service was not good for me.
