I moved in 9 months ago and the owners and Manager Grey are wonderful ! If I have anything that needs attention, they are on top of it. I am happy with my apartment, feels very cozy and comfortable. And my furbabies are here with me! They (owners and Grey) are making these apartments so much better for their tenants. Keep up the great work 👍

I have to admit that this place has come a loooong way since the newest manager (Beverly B.) took over almost 2 yrs ago. She's on top of pretty much everything that needs to be done. The apts are not necessarily in the best part of town but this place is and has been improving weekly. I'm very pleased with my unit. Issues will always arise at any place but the staff here is on top of it....thanks to the management. Thanks Bev, Jenny, Kenny, Donna and Donny for all you do and have done to make this place better and safer than it was. ~John G.~

Since we got our new manager things have changed for the best .our manager and staff try to get things done it takes time to get everything fixed at once but they do it. I have a good apartment and bug free cause I maintain a clean apartment. I have no complaints against living here .it's a secure building and I feel safe. People can judge all they want.

This place is the biggest dump in yakima. roaches, bedbugs and leaking roof that remains unrepaired. the place is run down with garbage overflowing out of the dumpsters and there is a constant traffic of homeless and drug addicts walking through the complex parking lot. this place isn't even worth renting to crack heads.
