I purchased the Smoky Mountain Park Model cabin from Hilltop Structures in April 2022. I fell in love with the cabin the moment I walked into its spacious and welcoming screened porch and was further impressed with the beautiful bright interior. I had a lot of questions and Tyler Schmidt in the office patiently answered them all, whether by phone, email, or in person. Everyone who worked for Hilltop was professional and very helpful, including the concrete and delivery crews. Dave King did an amazing job of getting the cabin over a narrow bridge and into my prepared site amidst the trees. I look forward to many years living in my cabin and am grateful for the good people at Hilltop Structures who made this possible.

Hilltop Structures are very easy to work with and very accommodating! From first contact to the completed setup they communicated well and kept me informed. The set up crew was amazing! A well constructed "run-in" shed; it really is more a miniature shed row barn! Most important, my horses love it! Would definitely order from them again and recommend others do so.

Our new home is so beautiful I could write pages describing the all wood interior, hand built interior doors, cabinets, railing and more but I won’t. Trust me, if you love wood you’ll love the craftsmanship and beauty of Hilltop Structures cabins. We were looking for a cabin/home to build on lake view property. During our on-line search Hilltop Structures popped up with turn key solutions, i.e., it’s wired, plumbed and basically ready to move in once you do the final hook ups. Perfect, no need to worry about floor and drywall installers, electricians or plumbers and all the other subcontractors you’d have to hire when building your home. Hilltop Structures took care of all the finishing work while keeping us in the loop to approve our choices during the build. They have ‘stick built’ or modular models available. Finally, Hilltop met every scheduled dead line during the build, delivery and set up phases which is a marvel in todays world. If you’re looking to build an affordable and move in ready home give Hilltop Structures a call. Living in Western Kentucky/Middle Tennessee most everyone knows an Amish or Mennonite built structure is solid and well built. When you hear, “homes aren’t built like they used to be”, believe me when I tell you the Amish Mennonites still build structures solidly and don’t cut corners. The craftsmanship of the cabin is incredible. It is quality built and all the men are hard workers. They made sure every nail and screw was in place. Such a great experience during the process. It took longer than expected but great quality takes time!!
