Went to buy some balloons for my wife's birthday. The employee's were helpful but not friendly. I didn't feel welcome at all.

Had a return of some items I didn't end up using . Had a receipt .Manager came to help cashier..Had manager telling me " oh you didn't get that helium tank here..It's missing our security tape seal?. Wow kind of odd when I had there receipt from this store showing I bought the tank there .Same helium tank as in what receipt said. She was pretty much telling me I was wrong & and or lying about what I bought there. Poor customer service skills. She was the manager.Nice way to treat your customers especially if it was NOT for your customers coming into your store you would not have a job .Make the customer feel like they are liars or just plain making a customer feel very uncomfortable..Think the female manager needs to get some refresher course in customer service skills .I will NOT be back after this not so fun party place ..

Everything you need and want for a party except the food is in this store. You can get individually wrapped candy for party favors and piñatas however. Table cloths, streamers, and balloons for every occasion. You can also buy costumes and anything you need for theme parties. So many items to choose from. Go in and browse for party ideas. Amazing customer especially since this was Happy Halloweekend. Upon arrival, you are welcomed by an ever so friendly and helpful greeter who can answer questions and give guidance to items available on the shelves. We needed balloons inflated and Party City has a whole balloons services department which was definitely above par. The offered standard helium gas which last upto approximately 6 hours and for an extra fee they provide a balloon booster which extends the balloon inflation upto approximately 10 hours as well as an assortment of colorful ribbon and weights to help secure your order from flying away out of your hands. Although the store was busy, Party City was fully staff which alleviated long lines. Once we paid for the balloon inflation services, It took less than 5 minutes to complete the order. Before you walk outside, wrap those balloons tightly around hand and hold on tight to secure delivery to their destination. Take it from my experience. On a windy, one still got away. Count it all joy!
