I go thru the drive thru atleast 15 times a week to get something to drink. Today I ordered a coke and paid with a ten dollar bill and a dime. Didnt think about getting my change until I went to buy something at the store and realized that I forgot my change. Went back not 30 mins. later and they said that all the money drawers were not over. That tells me they have dishonest workers.

Slow... Messed up my order...twice...seems to be a recurring event. We got frustrated and just left without waiting on them to fix it. Friendly staff but a slow fast food experience.. update was basically the opposite of all the above good hot fast food

Maybe if the place was directly corporate owned the damn dine-in would be open, and the Hardee’s across the road is the same damn way, never open except drive through. In my honest opinion, these two restaurants are taking up prime real estate in the center of Rogersville, Al. Fat Cats, Fiesta Mexicana, Sweet Teas, Fuquas Soul Food, Stew Shack, all these places open for dine-in, but the McDonalds and Hardee’s, major corporate franchises, still closed to dine-in….

I’d give zero stars if I could , I stop at this McDonald’s at least 3 times during the week. the person taking orders tonight was absolutely horrible. No communication whatsoever. At least let your costumer know if your listening and can hear!! Worst visit I have ever had at a fast food restaurant!
