Zero Accountability in this establishment, and I would assume by how the employees conduct themselves seems like they owne the Company . Never have I been uncomfortably starred at or even profiled by the characters here. Avoid making eye contact or engaging the truck drivers especially the guy with the the yellow jeep . Good luck

Used to be a good company to buy plastics from when pick up was available for costumers. Now is so expensive to buy from them because of shipping cost a lot of small companies we used to buy from them even no anymore they will be switching to other options even you buy a lot you still have to pay for shipping cost so after I been your client for a long time it is time to look for another company with pick up available to avoid shipping cost.

It's been over 8 months and will call/ pick up orders are still "temporarily suspended"... Please explain to me why I should pay an additional $60 to get bottles shipped when I could just support another wholesaler that does physical pickup and save my money. I am a small business and I want to support your business, but I will NEVER do so until you get rid of this pick up suspension.

when I was told that this company does not allow a grace period for their customers to count /check their orders for possible discrepancies', I should have gone else where. The GBS representative told me to count my bottles and tops in the parking lot. Also I've ordered airless pump bottles from this company on several orders. Both times I did not receive what I ordered. They sent bottles with no tops and was not willing to fix their mistake by simply sending me what was missing; furthermore, over 50%of my airless pump bottles were scratched up and the aluminum lids were dented (which meant I could not fill orders using those damaged items) so I was forced to take a loss because as usual they were not willing to fix their mistake by replacing the damaged items they sent to me. GENERAL BOTTLE SUPPLY HAS THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER WITNESSED AND EXPERIENCED. BUT MY REP WAS VERY NICE . I WISH HE WAS THE OWNER.I BELEIVE EXPERIENCE WOULD HAVE BEEN GOOD.
