I ordered online and came in 10 mins late for my order which still wasn’t done. The regular line was faster than the guy making the orders who was moving like a snail.

Good food; bad service. Mobile order for 1:00 was never made. The ticket was received but ignored and the employee appeared frustrated it was right there. They were not busy. Maybe one person in line while helping another. Once I got the order, none of the burritos were labeled to show who’s it was or it’s contents.

Service has really gone downhill since a new manager/supervisor arrived. Very cold and makes you feel like he's doing you a favor even to acknowledge your presence. Told me they won't open for lunch until 12:30. I think I'm done with Chipotle and am now willing to walk a couple blocks for Qdoba.

The don't make orders correct and only accept online orders so not able to order in person and be sure correct ingredients are used. Do not recommend this location at all.
