I own a 2016 Buick Cascada. it has a 4 cylinder turbo under the hood. is there a way your shop can change the computer settings or add something to the engine for more horse power ? if so, what woud you suggest and what would it cost to do it? thank

No I'm sorry they work on the internal part of the engines and they don't do computer programming, my suggestion would be take it to a chassis dyno they have an engine dyno
