Ordered a cheese pizza for delivery. Got some kind of supreme. I mean really?

I ordered a large stuff crust pizza at 6:18 pm they said it would be ready o 13 minutes by the time I got up to the window it was 6:48. The worker hands me my pizza and I asked if it had the extra cheese because I have ordered extra cheese before and I don’t get so as I went to look before I left the window she says oh we are out of stuff crust and we tried to call all of our stuff crust customers so we called you. I pulled out my phone and told her no one called me. I asked if it was the same price oh no but I can give you a credit. Oh so if I didn’t decide to look right then she wasn’t going to say anything. On top of that lied to my face and didn’t give me the option to choose the another crust. I will rather use another Pizza Hut other than this one. Poor service!

They leave something out every time I order. I live 25 minutes away and should be better by now about checking everything. This time they left out my wings and 5 extra sauces that were paid for. When I called the store, they told me I could come back and get it or they would give me a credit on my next order. That credit NEVER shows up when they do that! The time before, at a different location on Avalon Ave, I stood in the store for 35 minutes waiting on my order (it was around $80) that was placed 20 minutes before I got there. When I finally got it, IT WAS WRONG, but I took it anyway because I had waiting so long and the lobby was FULL. The manager on duty was supposed to refund my money and that also never happened.
