Cute place, gorgeous donuts. The maple donut was good but a bit overly sweet. It’s dusted in sugar, has a thick layer of maple frosting and there’s some sort of sweet cream filling. It was unexpected but a good snack for 2 people. The purist donut was my favorite. Vanilla cream was my fiancés favorite.

Five Daughters Bakery is a must visit place if you’re in Nashville. The donuts are fresh and so good! Also, the building is super cute too. Love the pink on green and the “I <3 donuts” painted on the wall outside. They’re not your typical donuts. These are more like Cronuts. Soft, fluffy and a bit lighter. I recommend trying the Strawberry Shortcake, as that was my favorite. Wish i had been in town just a few more days so i could work my way through all the different flavors. So i don’t quite remember how much i was charged for the iced coffee, but it’s super small. Not only is the cup small, but also full of ice. Quite disappointing. It was busy on this Sunday. The line was out the door. The counter near the door is for online orders and coffee pickup. If you’re in a hurry, i suggest ordering ahead.

I was apprehensive coming into this situation. I’ve had several poor experiences with “cronuts” or layered donuts, but I just keep telling myself, “Keep trying! One day you’ll find a flaky donut master!” Thank God I kept trying. The 100 Layer donuts at Five Daughters are daringly delectable. I played it safe with a Chocolate Sea Salt and Vanilla Cream (really trying to get a good, simple cronut. Did I already mention I was apprehensive?) and was pleasantly surprised. I’ve never been more impressed with these two seemingly simple flavors. The chocolate icing is perfectly balanced, with the sea salt adding a strong, complex flavor. The vanilla cream is wonderfully light in both texture and flavor, totally disappearing on your tongue within seconds. The donut itself is light, flaky, and not overly sweet, greasy, or dry. I’ve come to understand that while lots of places may claim to have great layered donuts, most of them fall short, or miss the mark completely. Five Daughters however, nails the 100 layer donut from every angle. Absolutely worth your stop!

Truly decadent and delicious donuts. The ones with filling in the middle are out of this world. We loved the 100 layer ones, but I do wish I would have tried some of their “regular” donuts too. Hoping to next time we are driving through Nashville again! Our favorite was the maple bacon (with real thick and quality bacon), the strawberry with lemon curd filling, and the Hubbs love the Cinnamon Toast Crunch one. They are a little pricey, $34 for half a dozen with 2 black coffees, but they were worth it and coffee was just as delicious. Staff was immensely friendly as well, always so important for the experience. Thanks!!

It depends I know by 9:30 PM they had only 2 donuts left. They close at 10:00pm
Not sure, give them a call.

4 to 6 dollars per donut. Any item will leave you wanting more donuts but beware, if your a diabetic you will find each donut will cost you as least 3 to 4 carb counts per donut. but it was worth the lost at least for one donut.
