I recived a Bouquet of Flowers 2/27/2021 for a milestone BDay, a gift from my Best Friend in FL who couldn't join me in Nashville to celebrate. The Bouquet was left on my front porch appx 30mins before I arrived home to bring it in. 1 mylar & 2 latex balloons had already started to fall, clearly under inflated. I took pictures and text to my GF to show her the Gift she sent. When she got the text she called me right away very upset with the size of the Bouquet as she paid over $111 including delivery and had requested a spectacular Bouquet given the BDay I was celebrating. She called to the Florist and spoke w/ Katie expressing Her displeasure to no avail. On Sunday 2/28/2021 the Day of my BDay, I awoke to the balloons limp and 1 of the stems of the Stargazer Lillies had began to wilt not even 24hrs from receiving the Bouquet. By Monday the flowers were loosing Lustre so I myself called to the florist and was told I would get a call back by the end of the day. Monday came to an end with no call back so I emailed in detail with pics about the disappointment for the Gift Giver & Gift Receiptent. Tuesday 3/2/2021 , I received an email in the morning from Katie with an explanation that was less than accommodating or w/ resolve other than a credit of $14.50 for 3 balloons 1 mylar, 2 latex. I responded back requesting Bloom florist credit my GF back for failing to deliver the gift she ordered where it was suggested from Katie that I bring the Bouquet back to the florist and they would replace it but not credit the Customer who ordered with their Florist. I responded one last time that I was NOT bringing the Bouquet back in and to please credit accordingly and here we are with a Bouquet that didn't last 4 days , No replacement Bouquet and No Refund Credit. Bloom you have surely missed the definition of providing a Great Customer Experience and delivering a money's worth work product!!! 5 roses 8 Lilly Stems 3 balloons $111 Fail 👎
