Chick-fil-A is always great! Fast food, friendly staff.. Online-ordering is the way to go if you want less of a wait.. I've never been here and left disappointed! Plus... They're closed on Sundays!! 🙌🏽

So I never complain about chic-fil-a because they have the best customer service hands down! My experience this morning was different. The lady in the drive thru was boarder line rude....I get food and the coffee wasn't even half full I notice the cup was light but didn't really think much about it I was on my way to an appt so didn't look inside cup until I was at my destination. I made a change to my breakfast sandwich but the only thing that was suppose to change was my chicken from grilled to regular but the whole sandwich was changed to regular egg and the muffin was chard. I know we coming out of the pandemic stages and things are still slow and supplies are down but please don't ever compromise on your excellent customer service reputation. Will still frequent chic-fil-a of course maybe not this location for a while. Thanks.

Always a pleasure Chick -Fil- A ! Consistency and polite workers in the same place !! Absolutely unheard of these days! It is as refreshing as the food and the lemonade you make ! The reasons I go back are they have good attitudes , respectful , courteous and consistent. Honestly you guys are a great example that all other restaurants should follow as a business model. You got it going on Chick-fil-A! Thank you for closing your doors on Sundays to allow people to go to church that work for you as well ! Just another great business model other companies should follow! #Good Vibes and Good Chicken! That's right !

Although I normally really enjoy Chick-fil-A, this location has gotten my order wrong multiple times now. The problem is when it's drive through I'm long gone before I realize. I attached a picture that you can see. Specifically the main issue I have is multiple times that I have received drive-through orders of nuggets they come in the wrong quantity always less than what I ordered. This one had six and a tiny crunchy instead of the eight that I paid for. The food is still Chick-fil-A quality but when you don't get what you order it's problematic. Again this is not new for this location which is why I felt the need to review it.
