Best / easiest parking by far is Angel Stadium Parking. Either way you choose, this facility has one of the best parking for ease in and out.

No sodas. Small backpacks are ok (Have it completely open when you get close to the gate). You can bring unopened 16 ounce bottles of water and any type of food you want. I've brought Chinese, Italian, homemade, and fast-food to the game. I've even brought leftovers from the ESPN Zone and Starbucks. Just no colored water or open containers. Hope this helps & GO HALOS

There are pretty nice hotels less then a mile away, you have the Hilton, Double Tree etc. There are also not so nice hotels, so I tend to stick with the names above. Plenty of restaurants and shops as well.

Dont worry about parking there's lots of parking but, it's a walk. Unless you want to be super close to the stadium. But, that's extra!. Generally within 30-1hr pre-game. Also, its worse if there's freebies on that day.

Since the parking lot is owned by the City of Anaheim, Anaheim PD patrols the parking lot & I've seen people either have to dump the alcohol, or get cited. It's rare that anyone gets arrested. There are smoking areas outside of the section entrances, on the ramps going up and down the stadium. If this doesnt help ask one of the people standing outside the entrances with the Angels name tags.
