Let's face it - you go here for the experience. And what an experience it is!! Underwood family farms has really created something exceptional here. There's trains to take you to different picking stations (the tractor one is free of charge, the kids bumblebee one looks cooler but it's 4 tickets which is totally reasonable). And there's so many animals to interact with. From donkeys to goats to pigs to ducks to chickens.. Many of them have feeding stations that are just super fun. All this for $10 entrance + pay for what you pick. Totally worth it! Will definitely be back soon.

Lots of animals to feed, or pet. They have a store out front to shop pre-picked goods. It wasn't very Friday evening. If you are wanting to pick you need to bring your own shears (we didn't see that they were provided anywhere). There are two areas in the back for picking things (far left and far right). It was $7 a person to get in and tickets are needed for goat petting and some other small attractions.

Visited for a birthday party. What a great place to gather your classmates, family, and friends. Much to do! From tractor rides, pony rides, to seeing and feeding animals. Many things to do to keep your young one busy. Many items don't require tickets like the Tractor you can climb, tunnels to run under and over, wooden train to climb in, swing sets for the wee little ones. Area for the parties are clean and nice. Staff was wonderful with our kiddos. Very impressed. Definitely plan a few hours, wear sunscreen, and bring money... so much to do!

Extremely fun place for families. We visited during the Easter extravaganza all the way from Downey. It was well worth the drive. They have everything you could imagine on a farm as well as a carnival. So many animals, shows, rides, games, food, and they even allow you to pick your own fruit and vegetables. Very family friendly and they do an incredible job. All of the workers were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time. I only gave 4 out of 5 stars as I was a little disappointed in having to pay a fee to get in, as well as pay for tickets to do anything. They had a few free things, but some of which weren’t running. Thankfully they made paying very simple. But again, an absolute blast!

Keep in mind, the unpaid ground is mostly uneven ground. Be prepared to get soil dusty shoes around the main sales bungalow.
Yes
Admission is $3 per person during the week and $6 on weekends and holidays. (Kids 2 and under are free) There are also various fees for seasonal festivities.
All info is on their website and their phone number
Well it all depends, there are many people who are coming and I believe that some crops may be running out.
Hi Aram, please check out the list of what is available for pick your own. But no peaches. https://underwoodfamilyfarms.com/crop-calendar/ - Kimmie
We do allow well-behaved, leashed dogs at the farm. We ask that visitors do not bring a re-tractable leash and if so, that it remain in the locked position at all times. Dogs must be kept at visitor's sides so an extended leash does not trip others. We ask that visitors pick up after their dogs and they do not take them in the pick your own fields by order of VC County. Owners need to use their best judgment on whether their dog should come to the farm and be near the public. We have had some dogs that should not be here and have asked those owners to kindly take their dogs home. We don't want one dog to ruin it for everyone. This information, including our rules and policies on the farm, can be found on the FAQ page of our website at: https://underwoodfamilyfarms.com/faq/
They Have Seedless red mini Watermelons, yellow Seedless watermelons, and raspberries for this time.
They do raspberries, and maybe strawberries right now.
They sell, depending on the day of the week, a truck that sells nachos and cold drinks or organizations for fundraising that sell hot dogs and hamburgers (with veggie options). And there's also an ice cream truck.
There is a height and weight limit. Children must be under 48" and under 75 lbs
Thw cost is about 6 dollars weekends and cheaper weekdays. There is plenty of parking
Underwood's is not an organic farm. However, they grow everything sustainably, and the only thing they actually spray is their corn. I've been buying produce from them for more than 25 years. I used to live about 10 minutes south of their Farm.
Check their website
Usually begins in September through mid November

Costs more on the weekends and they offer online tickets for weekends only, but if they are sold outline, just arrive early. There are two entrances.
Go to their website and purchase admission tickets there.
I do not know at the moment but soon they will have the schedule and the date I think it is always open to the public because it is a farm
No. The pumpkins are sold separately
Nope. Whatever you pick, you have to pay them by categories and weights.
I dont know the exact capacity, but I do know they are accepting walk-ins. If your going on the weekend get there early, as the line gets crazy insane
Hi Malou! To my knowledge we don't grow persimmons at our Moorpark or Somis locations for pick your own. Here's a link to what we currently have available at Moorpark, hope that helps! https://underwoodfamilyfarms.com/pick-your-own-this-week/

Hi Deborah! Here's a direct link to the Pick Your Own Calendar for our Moorpark location. This year the Boysenberries were available in June. Each year may have some variation due to weather and other growing challenges we face. https://underwoodfamilyfarms.com/crop-calendar/ - Kimmie
They have different ones. You can actually look up what is in season and what the price is per pound on the website
It was open last week when I was there but only the pick yourself area and the market.

When I was there it was before Thanksgiving with my grandsons class and we picked carrots, kale , onions and beets. I understand now they are closed but check their website to see when they are open again. It was a really fun trip.
On the weekends during the fall festival they have lunch options. Not sure about the rest of the year. Although you can always pick your own fruit and vegetables.
Went last weekend and saw many dogs on leash. It was very hot so i woukd recommend to bring them a bowl so you can give them water.
