No reason it would not. They deliver everywhere. If you are sending from the US, I would ask your carrier his restrictions. If within France check laposte.fr. Regards

Brenda, the consulat of Los Angeles/San Diego doesn’t deal with visa anymore. You need to go to www.france-visas.gouv.fr. There is a step by step process. Regards. Marion
