This stores great. workers are nice it has good selections and an overall nice environment HOWEVER every single time we buy clothes here atleast one item will have a tag that wasn't removed and it's quite bothersome.

Like Byllie said there's no problem with the receipt, you can pretty much return stuff whenever and your refund will go back in the original form you paid or in the case of a gift receipt, back into a gift card. If you don't have you receipt though then the associates are able to look up your transaction if you paid with a debit/credit card up to 180 days in the past.
Can't say. All i can say is stay away from any jewler you see advertised on TV. The absolutely best jewlers dont spend massive budgets on ads. Say Kay and Jared? Nope, stay away.
That's pretty common these days, no one answers the phone. It's just one of many deteriorating aspects of customer service these days.
