The people who work at this bank are so RUDE. I was on the phone with Able and he interrupted me so many time and was super unprofessional. He also has been accusing us of stuff we have not been doing. It’s been nothing but complications throughout our loan. If I could leave no stars I would. I highly recommend NOT using this bank.

I have had an account for 38 years with Calcoe CU. Wonderful staff, always professional and personal. They know who I am, and I have never had a bad experience.

This bank use to be good, they use be polite and would help you out now the staff is rude and unhelpful, after years of having a bank account and getting multiple loans I have closed my bank acct. I can longer tolerate the unprofessional attitude both branches have come to have.

can you say simply outstanding? this is one credit union that understands taking care of your customers is priority one. on more than one occasion, greg (the bank manager) has personally assisted me in some very dire financial situations. if more banks/credit unions understood this, perhaps maybe they would propser. i see many many years of my loyal service as i ascend the corporate ladder.
