This was the perfect trail for us and our dog! It’s exactly what we were looking for, easy, beautiful and quiet. I definitely recommend this hike if it’s your first time in the area (like us)!

This is a super beautiful trail. It's a great place to take dogs (on a leash). The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because the entrance has very large holes making it difficult for smaller vehicles to enter.

Was looking for an easy trail to take our dog for a walk. Family friendly trail, easy terrain. Parking ok--limited space in the parking lot. No views worth writing about (so 4 stars). Well maintained trail, good for kids and dogs. Short, pretty drive outside of Blue Ridge. Looking to kill an hour or so outdoors--worth a shot.

No the trail does not go to the Taccoa River the river is less than a mile away on Aska road. This trail has two creeks that are nice to see
