Very unprofessional!! This was the worst I have seen in a very long time. The staff upon going in, did not acknowledge the 2 ppl that were ahead of me, the 1st guy left after several minutes of waiting. I was very hungry (pregnant mommy wanted Wendy’s) so I continued to wait. Finally our orders were taken only for us to witness the staff dancing to music playing in the back, speaking loudly and also using profanity to One Another. I was taken back and bothered because there were several kids there, including my son. The food was hot and good. The restroom was clean. The Staff gets 0 stars

Staff is apparently all pretty rude. Both drive thru windows said nothing- no greeting / “have a nice day” or anything. Second window practically flung the food out and closed the window back saying nothing. I said “thanks have a good one” loud enough for them to hear me and the lady threw her hands up like that was asking for a lot. I get it’s fast food but a little bit of customer service would be nice. Hard to wanna spend money somewhere that makes you feel inconvenient.

Food was cold. They were out of multiple sauces, and then only gave a single sauce for 3 entree orders (I'd requested sauce for each). My burger was way overcooked and smushed. Drinks were fine. Not impressed

CHECK your order! I ordered a sausage biscuit with cheese this morning. They gave me a sausage egg biscuit without cheese, but I didn't find out until I arrived at work. Not to mention they charged me .60 for cheese. These places no you don't have time to return the food once you're at work. I will just start going back to Burger King down the street since they always get my order right.
