This location is the worst. I ordered a mobile pick up before arriving and had to wait 20mins for my order. Mobile pickups are usually for people that are on the go and have some where to be. If I had 20 mins to wait then I would’ve went through the drive thru

I ordered my drink and sandwich. Im normally good at this place but today when i got my food, the young guy who made my sandwich didn’t know that i saw him throwing the cheese and other parts of the sandwich around, toying with it with no care. I no longer trust the food here. He needs training

Apparently they pour coffee like they do wine. Small is the new medium. Haven’t taken a sip 😂 service quick though

I got coffee here before class and went back after class 15 minutes before they closed simply to use the bathroom and was told by what I assume was the manager that because they cleaned the lobby that I couldn't use the bathroom. That is not how you run a business or provide good customer service to your guests I come here all the time and will not be returning.
