1 clearance item, the display was available. Same item was not available in any store according to employee. However still would no sell it me, giving the sorry excuse that Corporate did not allow a sale. So Corporate failure denied a sale and made an unhappy customer. That is IF I was given an honest story by the employee. Would enjoy speaking further with the Habor Freight Corporate that sets policies that prevent sales. 1 star is too many. So much for the fake 100% Satisfaction Garantee.

Was looking for an item that your website said had 11 in stock . Was told by employee not to believe the website. It was never right. Not a good thing to be told after driving all the way up to taccooa to get it. They was will to call another store to see if they had the lift but next closest was Gainesville. Driving 30 minutes to this location then being told driving another 1. 1/2 hours to another location was not my idea of good customer service. She really did not seem to care or offer other solutions besides go somewhere else. Rude. Just rude. Won't be back that's for sure.
