If I could give a negative review I would. Karina must be giving discounts in order to get good reviews because she is absolutely wicked and rude. I'm pretty sure she discriminates against people who don't have tons of money. I always paid my bill on time, I was on auto-pay, but I didn't want the stupid lock or the insurance or all the extras the try to make you buy. She's a nut job. Do NOT rent from here!!!!!
