The instruction here is awesome! All the coaches are engaging and really want to help you get better. The atmosphere this creates spreads to the students and helps make it an amazing place to train. Everyone is very approachable and always willing to answer questions, making it the kind of place where you want to talk to people on and off the mat.

I was visiting from out of town and dropped in to train throughout the week. They welcomed me in like a long time friend that they haven't seen in awhile. Top notch instructor who takes his time pointing out minor details in a technique and then observers every student drilling to ensure that they each have a firm grasp of it. They are also fantastic with the kids class. 6 out of 5 stars!

Excellent atmosphere and coaching. Professor Layton is a true professional and teacher. I’ve had plenty of instruction in different fields throughout my life, however, Layton is the best coach I’ve ever had. Not only do I train here, my children do as well. I highly recommend anyone to try out this gym, you won’t regret it!!!!
