I hated this place because I tried to get my son on and then the staff are idiots because thay say "SORRY BUT I CANT LET YOUR KID IN shut this place down I want no birthday parties make a second room for birthday parties so nobody is left out

I took my son their for his birthday this past weekend and staff are very rude. We arrived 15 minutes early as requested by staff and we noticed NOTHING WAS CLEANED!! Yet we had to wait later and didn't start my son's birthday until 3:10PM. By the time it was 4:40pm, staff were already kicking us out and started popping our balloons without our consent. Don't bring your kids here you don't want to deal with bad service. Not worth paying $400 for rude staff and bad service. The owner needs to get more involved and fire his rude staff.
