Waited over a hour for my food, after being told it would be ready in 18-20min. Tried to cancel, and was told I couldn’t cancel and no refund. I absolutely love their wings but unfortunately I will have to find a new place to get wings, the customer service is terrible. This is the 5th time I’ve had an issue at this location.

Very good food great customer service and last but not least I do not even drink sweet tea and they have the best sweet tea I’ve ever had love the experience great people !!

I don’t think the people that work here even listen when you’re ordering. Not sure mentally present at all. Two out of two times my order has been completely wrong. I ordered a 10pc of hot and got a 10pc of two different flavors, and neither was traditional hot. Fries were also undercooked in the middle still. Why rush? Today, I ordered Cajun and hot and get only hot. But somehow got three orders of fries when I ordered one. That’s cool and all but if the wings are wrong, who cares. Who wants that many fries anyways?! Staff has no desire to even be there. Giving me my total after I order each individual item is like basically telling someone to shut up, or tell them they’re done. I don’t even leave reviews but the quality and attentiveness of basic detail is awful.

I really wanted to like this place. I truly did! I ordered a 10pc Spicy Korean Q with fries. My fries were terribly under cooked, my wings were under cooked as well, and the Korean Q sauce was watered down. The sauce on the wings had a strong chemical taste. I ended up throwing the whole meal away after a few bits. I couldn’t risk getting sick.
