Terrible experience and I won’t be back even though I have visited this location many times. I submitted my online order at 11:16 and arrived to pick it up at 11:35 because the expected wait time was roughly 20minutes. Did not get greeted. When I finally got to the counter, the young lady was oblivious to everything going on around her and multiple people were already frustrated that they did not receive their orders. I was advised my order wasn’t ready and they did not see my online order but assured me they would make it if I could wait a few minutes. I stood in there until 12:15 and tried asking every 10minutes how much longer it would be but I kept getting ignored. Finally, I approached the counter and talked to the young lady again who said they did not start my order at all and still didn’t see my order online. She acted as though she had not seen me standing there and didn’t already speak to me the first time I was at the counter and standing there the whole time. I finally asked for a manager so I could get a refund after an hour since my order was placed but they did not want to get her because she was “busy in the back”. I insisted and still had to wait 10 more minutes for the manger to rudely come up and not even acknowledge presence. Ashley was extremely rude and showed no accountability or concern for a paying customer who wasted more than enough time waiting for the situation to be corrected or made right. I asked for the corporate number and she pointed still not saying a word. She didn’t even want to give me a refund and tossed the money on the counter. I asked for a receipt with the store number on it and she acted as though that was an issue as well. I am highly disappointed at the lack of customer service this Wingstop #663 had and even more baffled by how the “manager” lacked any type of people skills. It’s not my fault that they dropped the ball. I will be taking this to corporate as well but others should know and take your business to a better location nearby. Ashley should be removed from here if you all want to keep this location in a decent rating score

Great place so far love the customer service especially for a new opening in the area . Also the kitchen guys they are very clean and spot on !!! They change there gloves . really miss the customer service like this after covid !! Let’s appreciate our front people and the kitchen for doing what they do thank you so much 😊

I usually don’t leave reviews but I had too. My fries were way OVER cooked an I’m guessing do to chicken shortage or prices is why you weren’t offering wing combos? I ordered the 3 regular wings and thigh combo(only combo available) As you can see the fries weren’t good, I was missing a wing and the thighs were cooked hard👎🏾 Oh and I’ll blame DoorDash for part of this but I also didn’t get my soda!!

I like this place. It not the best but they are worth it. They don't have super big wings but they not bite size either so I was not disappointed. The fries were on point and the service when you get there is very attentive. Perfect for alot of wings for multiple people and so many flavors you really can't go wrong.
