We were in a bind when our new home construction was delayed and our rental lease was up in a couple of weeks. I searched everywhere for short term leases. Finally I came upon the Overlook at Sugar Hill. Rico helped us out every step of the way. Scheduling a viewing, application updates, pre-moving viewing, payment app set up. You name it. He is great with callbacks and returning emailings. The townhouse itself is beautiful. Minimal noise from surrounding neighbors and wonderful location near downtown Sugar Hill.

No one ever answers the phone or calls you back. Liter ally impossible to get ahold of anyone unless you go see them in person. Extremely unprofessional and zero communication between the leasing office and tenants.

I wouldn’t rent there. Someone broke into our unit through the garage when we where out of town for a funeral. So if you do end up staying there make sure you unplug the garage door since apparently it’s very easy to open. Not sure if they change the configuration after each tenant since the police told me it could be possible an old tenant may be able to access it if it was not changed. Also the door that leads inside from the garage has no lock so it makes it very easy to go in from the garage without a hassle. You will never be able to get in touch with anyone on the phone. No one ever answers. Not even emails. I emailed them to let them know of the burglary that took place and no one to this day has responded. Very disappointed. The parking there is also bad. One car barely fits in the driveway. Everything about this place was very inconvenient for our family and they will charge you two months of rent just to get out of your contract.
