Thank you, Justin C. for your help last week at the Mall of Georgia location. You were so helpful and professional. We bought flooring online that was suppose to be in stock. Drove over an hour to pick it up. Nowhere to be found in the store after all. You helped us get the replacement flooring we needed and adjusted the price to match our purchase and even helped us load it into our van! We did not waste a trip. You deserve a raise! We had no idea what we were doing. Only a list from our tile installer on what all we needed. Jeff meet us (by accident) at the door and asked if he could help. We took him up on it. He went all over the warehouse with us doing all the heavy lifting and pushing the cart for us. (We have mobility issues). He made sure we had everything we needed. Then helped us check out and even took it all to the car for us and loaded it up. He deserves a massive bonus!!!

Justin Cooper was amazing! He walked around with my husband and I (along with our sometimes impatient toddler) and helped us find the perfect tile for our new construction. He took his time with us and made sure we knew all of our options. He carried our choices around to other pieces in the store to make sure they matched the way we wanted. He had wonderful designer insight while helping us stay true to our style. We really appreciated him taking his time with us and not making us feel rushed at all.

Absolutely awesome experience for a second time. I have been to the Buford location twice and both times I was helped by Jeff-Lee. He is a fantastic person and very kind, friendly, and helpful. I needed a lot of help and he went out of his way to make sure I didn’t feel like a bother. I have not seen customer service like that in a long time or maybe ever.
