This is my first time order at this location because is only 5 minutes away from my office.I am frustrated and wasted of my lunch time. I ordered online for pickup up and I show up at the store with the time assigned 1:35 but turn out I am seating in my car over an hour without any foods. Luckily, ATL weather is not over 100 degrees. Finally, a call at 2;29 saying some of salad ingredients out of stock and ask if I want to substitute. What's is the foolish of the service? If you can't full fill online order ontime, then stop taking the order. I am really upset 😡 for late on my meeting and team lunch. This is unacceptable.

I came in for a quick gift card purchase. The sweet girl at the register was clearly new and didn’t know how to ring this up. She asked me to wait while she got help (no problem on my part). What upset me was how her leadership was SO impatient with her- to the point of asking her to swipe it a different way, but then snatching the card from her hand. She was clearly intimidated and I felt so bad for her. If I was in her shoes, I would hate to ask for help. So my review is not for the food- it’s for the management here. Please be kind to your team. If they are not learning quick enough, it’s probably because you are not giving them the chance to learn. Be patient and TEACH. This will require you to stop, slow down and not talk to them like they are incapable.

Absolutely frustrated with my experience here. I ordered online and showed up right as I got a confirmation email saying my order was ready. I didn't see it on the shelf so I asked two employees and the first said it would be coming out shortly. The second who confirmed my order was on the list said the same thing. So I waiteda total of a half hour. I finally asked the shift manager why my order wasn't out and she said that the order went to a different Panera. If that was the case, why didn't the other employees tell me that before confirming my order was still being made? Mistakes happen and I understand that but don't lie to my face and tell me you looked up my order when you didn't. Extremely dissatisfied.

I’ve been going to this location for years and in the last couple of months the level of service and quality of food has drastically changed. I’m sure the pandemic had something to do with it, but I’m done giving a pass because of it. This location is constantly out of menu items and just look at the portion size for a breakfast sandwich. It looks like they took a slice of sourdough bread and cut it in half to make the sandwich, whereas my wife got a ciabatta breakfast sandwich and it’s like twice the size. If you like gamble then go to this location because you never know what level of service or quality of food you’re going to get.
