Our group of 6-10 ladies have always loved Chili's and we come here each month for the amazing quesadilla explosion salad. HOWEVER, today it was awful! When we complained to the manager, we were told that corporate changed the marinade. I guess our group will not return until that horrible mistake is rectified. Our server was excellent, though.

The customer service was excellent but the tables were dirty and the server brought me water with something floating in it. Didn't make any fuss because I could already see what it was.Overall the food was ok. Actually the sirloin I had was pretty good compared to my previous experiences at this location. I think the issue is shortstaff and mostly kids working who don't really understand the code of Health and Sanitation.

I'm not from the area but my experience at this chili's was far from the best. The food was very bland. You couldn't even tell the steak had garlic butter. The waitress was not good at all. Had to ask for things a few times before we got what we asked for. We definitely won't go back before our trip is up.

This evening my wife and I with our 2 yr old baby went there for dinner. The host Selena who claimed she was also the manager put us in a 20 minutes waiting list while there were so many empty tables there. When we asked her at least give us a seat so we can sit somewhere while we are waiting with iur baby she said rudely be patient there is no seat. We didn't eat anything there and left there after seeing this rude behavior and will never go there anymore. I will definitely report this to the Chili's corporate. I attached the photos to see how many tables were available. Poor Communication
