Food is average but consistent. Although I frequently order and pickup meals for 3-4 people, they refuse to provide soy sauce for everyone. It’s ridiculous. Now before leaving I check bags and ultimately have to request it ….again

Had cashier to wait on me that truly spoke NO ENGLISH! She couldn't understand anything I said, or ask for. Why would Management have anyone meeting and greeting their clientele that couldn't communicate in English...we are in America, not Hong Kong.

I ordered white rice and teriyaki chicken but the rice is not completely cooked. Rice has crumbs when chewing them. This what I found in chowmain order from the other time.
