RUDE and lack courteous customer correspondence. Contacted Rex Trophies via email on numerous occasions inquiring about a product which is part of their website catalogue. Can understand that one can get irate by receiving repeats of an email but it should be an indication that the prospective customer is desperately in search of the product. It however in no manner justifies the rude reply received from Rex Trophies and hereby I quote "No. Do not email again". Honestly very disappointed in Rex Trophies especially after reading all the good reviews.

Hi Sunshine, Thanks for your question! Unfortunately, we do not recycle or reuse old trophies. Our best advice is either to donate them to your local thrift store for others to re-purpose, or take off the engraved plates (and dispose of/donate the remaining trophy) to create a fun shadow box or plaque to remember your son's dedication to soccer over the years.
