Our guide was Miner Taylor which was awesome. He was funny, always making sure he had the whole group,& very informative. After we took the tour we stayed for panning gold & gem mining. A great gift shop also.A good time was had by all!

Amazing opportunity. Our guide, miner Lisa, was very hands on and so upbeat through the whole tour. Seeing the mine was breathtaking! Afterwards we opted to do the gold and gem digs where once again Miner Lisa came through and helped me surprise my fiance by hiding a ring in the gold Pan to be found. The entire staff was friendly and so informative. We found garnet, rubies, gold, sapphire, emeralds, quartz. My son had a blast! The whole experience was just over all amazing and we most certainly will be back.

I loved it there! Miner Rusty was a great tour guide. I got lots of cool pictures. I panned for gold and got more gold than I expected. It’s a very cool little souvenir. I also decided to pan for precious stones and was very happy with what I found as well. I found a couple rubies and then I paid to have miner Mike turn a very large garnet stone into a pendant as a gift for my mother. He is the real deal. Everyone is super friendly there and it’s a great time. I will definitely be back to pan for more gold and stones. Maybe I’ll strike it rich! Thank you

This was the first time seeing a mine up close and it was a very cool experience. Our guide was funny and personable which made the tour interesting and fun. My mom had a blast panning for gold and keeps her little vial in her purse to whip out and shake. All in all a fun afternoon! ***If you has asthma make sure to have your medication on you! The air quality is very poor that far underground.***
