Water softener repair. Note to self: make sure to retain these peoples telephone # because they are hard to find. Totally reasonable, on time and overall a job well done. Technician was very knowledgeable, knew all the ins and outs of this particular machine. Wouldn't dare call or use anyone else in the future. I'm very happy. Nothing quite like working soft water..

Our 11 year old oven door’s hinge broke. Once the technician examined the problem and spoke with the main office, it was learned that the part is no longer manufactured. So, a perfectly fine working oven is rendered non functional for lack of a hinge! Very disappointed in Sears for not keeping up,the manufacture of spare,parts. This is the second time,this has,happened to one of our kitchen appliances in one year.

Sears Home Services is still a leading appliance repair service in the United States. We repair most major appliance brands, makes and models, no matter where you bought them, even if you're not near a Sears store. Our technicians are appliance repair experts who you can trust for repairs on top appliance brands like Carrier, Samsung, Maytag, Bosch and LG.
I don't know if SEARS does anything this small. They do service all of our appliances in our house including the garage door and water heater. I know most of the service rep's for south O.C and have never heard them discuss coffee machines. They'd probably tell you to send it to the manufacturer. There's a small company called Jim Duke Service Co. in Claremont Mesa area in San Diego. They do have a simple website that tells you all the models they repair. Good luck.
I have them repair at my house, but call the store and they will tell you.
