This hike is about a mile and a half going up and a mile and a half coming down. It gets a bit steep for about 20 minutes but the view is worth it! If you have a bad back or knee problems, YOU WILL FEEL IT THE NEXT DAY!

Two ways to start, if you're looking for a quick uphill work out then go left. Other then that most take the longer right side as this is more for hikers than for trail runners. Loved it, if you go in the evening, bring a headlamp or flashlight.

Take it easy pace was 45 minutes 1.5 miles to cross, mostly incline, some steps to go over are over a foot. Have good shoes, especially on descent.

Beautiful place. Great hike, I left Target and it took 2.5 hours round trip and 6 just under 6 miles. There is a mailbox so you can send letters to god or Jesus. Also alot of other ways to pray there also. I saw people leaving rocks with prayers on them, a medal and dog leashes. There is also water bowls for the four legged friends that made the climb, if you have extra water with you, maybe fill them up for Fido. That is what I did.
