Bump and Grind is a 4.0-mile loop trail, the first mile is a narrow trail and pretty tough, steeper climb and warmer than expected. Went clockwise. But very doable. rocky, sunny and lots of people. Nice view!

Best time to come early before heating up or later in the afternoon 1&1/2 hr before sunset. Great elevation workout in short distance from urban living, street parking, bring water, no bathroom, running shoes, watchful and give way to downhill mountain bikers

Starting behind Desert Crossing shopping center on hwy 111. The easier path is on the right, more challenging is on left. When you get to the gate up top you can continue on up to the top another 1/2 mile or go back the way you came.
