This place USED to be great but was then bought out. Initially they took out the drink machine outside and accessories machine and then the towels and spray bottles. They eventually brought the spary bottles and towels but the service going into the wash is awful. For what I pay per month I have to go thru the wash sometimes as many as e continuous to get my truck clean and it's not that dirty. One time the guy is in the entrance bay spraying as we go in, another time noone is there spraying they just push buttons and off we go, then there is the let's spray the half of the truck near the left side and the right side gets nothing. I get the best wash offered monthly but rarely gets the prep done inside as we enter. Consistency is this places issue and honestly I'll probably cancel my monthly and join one 5 miles down the road that literally almost hand washes the front prior to entry. They spray evenly and even get in there for tough spots and stubborn gunk. Maybe the owner will read this and reach out so I can let them know my $40 will.be going to the competition unless this place is put back on a great service and car wash track. Right now it's a train wreck I'm just guessing the owner doesn't know. Support LOCAL!! It's how we will get thru this recession and gas prices nightmare. You pretty much get the same wash I do got the 6 bux...don't get the big package it doesn't live up to its hype. Maybe it will again soon. Hello owners please reach out!!!!!

If you sign up for the Package” just know that you will be charged $30 in less than a month for the services. It will not be $10 a month, ever. Supposed to be $10 a month for 2 months, and then $20 a month on going. It will be $30, which equals $50 in less than a month. Not worth it. $10 taken out on 6/20 $10 taken out on 6/28 $30 attempted to be taken out on 7/18 It’s not 2 months and you will not get a refund. It’s a gimmick. Do not get it!

We finally found a car wash that will fit our truck! The clearance is 7’4. Did a great job! Also, Dave is so friendly and welcoming. Definitely our go to car wash from now on.

I've used this car wash since they opened. The staff is friendly and helpful. I met the new general manager who suggested our South Knox location will be getting a complete rebuild to improve not only the appearance but most importantly the quality of the wash. I highly recommend the monthly wash as it is truly a great deal and works at all ZIPs in the area, very convenient and affordable.
