To whom it may concern. I have travel to many places and Red Roof Inn once or twice has been our experience. But never again will my wife and I stay in those Suites. Each time we've had to check out within an 10 minutes of checking in for lack of cleanliness, and above all cockroaches through our the room. Each experience has been a nightmare. Thinking we have brought our luggage to this cockroach infestation room before ever checking the room first. Of course turning around immediately after such a long travel. So never again will The Red Roof Inn be in our places to stay. We'll sleep in our car before ever staying at any of those Suites. MR. BROOM and Family

This place was disgusting. Had to come to the place later in the night bc our AC in the home went out and we have 3 children. No one would come to the window to check us in so i had to call them. When mg husband checked the room before we went in there was someone's dinner still at the table, used bar soap in the bath, people blasting music outside. In the morning, we went for breakfast and they had none. I will not be returning again

If I could give zero I would. We got in very late, booked through Priceline and didn't know the area. Late night check in lady was pretty rude. Walking to room there was an empty, dirty hamster cage in the walkway. One guy was on his phone speaking pretty loudly, arranging a 'drop off' in a half an hour (mind you it's one am at this point). Stairs felt like they were going to break off building, another room had the door open with five or six people unloading and reloading backpacks. At 3 am dogs in an adjoining room barked for twenty minutes. The room wreaked of smoke although it was supposedly a non smoking room. There was hair in the towels. The towel folded next to the shower with shampoo and soap on it was stained with brown streaks. And there was a dirty towel still hanging behind the bathroom door. I wish I was joking about all of this. I've stayed in some pretty sketchy hotels but we did not stay here more than that first five hour night. My Priceline was non refundable and I'm really cheap but we ate the cost and went somewhere else.

Non-smoking room was heavily smoked in, they had to exchange the T V for one that worked, they had to bring us a refrigerator because ares was missing and many of the rooms had people living permanently. Not a very pleasant atmosphere.
